We use Royal Mail to deliver our reins to your door*. You can choose second class, second class signed for, first class or first class signed for.

An automated email will be sent to you once your reins have been dispatched to the Post Office, along with its reference number, which you can use to track your parcel’s progress. If you have chosen a signed for service, and you are not in when the postie attempts delivery, please follow up direct with the Post Office. ONK is a very small start-up, so if you have missed the window of time stipulated by the Post Office between its attempt to deliver and its need to return the parcel back to us, we can only resend the item/issue a new item to you pay for the additional postage cost.

*In the event of a strike by Royal Mail, we will send your reins by standard or next day delivery via Evri depending on the type of postage you paid for.
